FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I convert iPhone HEIC photos to JPG?

Simply drop your .heic files onto the page. The converter detects HEIC automatically. Select JPG as the output format and click Convert. No apps or sign-up required.

Is there a file-size limit?

Each file can be up to 50 MB. For almost all photos and graphics this is well above the practical maximum.

Are my files stored or shared?

No. Files are converted in memory on the server and streamed directly to your browser. Nothing is saved to disk or logged.

Which output formats are available?

Server-side: JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, TIFF, AVIF, and HEIC. In the browser fallback (when the server is unavailable): JPG, PNG, and WebP.

Does converting to JPG reduce quality?

Our default quality setting (88/100) is high enough that differences are invisible at normal viewing distances. Choose PNG or WebP for lossless output.

Can I convert multiple files at once?

Yes. Drop as many files as you like. Each file gets its own output format selector so you can mix formats in a single batch. Download them individually or as a ZIP.
